Would that be a better choice? Q52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62 and 64, as per this guide: The good thing is that dagasheet have pulsing from the PIA – he’s not dead. Shoot that “anonymous” source an email. That could explain why the two that were connected to lamps proceeded to explode their pre-driver transistors.
You You are not signed in! I turned the machine on, with only a few lamps connected to the board. Sorry, no images have been uploaded yet. I mean ‘they’ will take care of this.
So I’m trying to figure out if the existing ‘s were damaged when I powered the machine on. The current probably won’t be a big deal, but the fast edges can sometimes cause problems or even EMI electro-magnetic interference. Great to see you’re enjoying Pinside! These aren’t for solenoid drivers, though.
LS would probably be better. I figured it out. Solenoid drivers have a ohm pullups on outputs. So, I ordered some replacement ones. Can anyone help me understand how I can determine this stuff for myself?
IRF9Z34N Datasheet PDF ( Pinout ) – Power MOSFET(Vdss=V/ Rds(on)=ohm/ Id=A)
I’d replace the The high from the blanking normal anded with a pulse from the PIA normal and the having a steady state — not normal.
Super Skill Shot Shop. View topic image gallery. F or LS datzsheet work. TAXI blond hair version playfield. Those replacements arrived, and before putting them in, I compared them to the non-fried ones I had in there from my first order.
You’re testing it correctly. What should I be looking for beyond simple input and output voltages and currents? That is one hard-to-read page. Need to use high current 74F or 74S here.
So either I’m not performing my test correctly since I don’t have actual transistors or lamps ultimately hooked up to the output pins of these s or they’re both smoked.
G-P-E’s right – the main spec that matters for that is that the minimum sink current be high.
Two Opposite MOSFETs
I feel like it’s a page taken out of some kind of CS class curriculum. Did you know Pinside is able to run thanks to donations from our visitors? TAXI red hair version playfield. Switch drivers have 4. Elsewhere it doesnt seem to matter on the driver board. Q52, 54, 56, 58, 60, 62 and 64, as per this guide:. Plain series parts are getting harder and harder to stock and cost has gone wayyy up.
Please donate to Pinside, support the datasneet and get a next to your username to show for it! JPG With the red lead on the middle pin, and the black lead on the right pin on the top ones, I get. I see a steady high on the pin that takes in the blanking signal, a pulse on the pin that goes to the PIA, and a low on the output. All signs point to yes, but I’d like to get someone else’s confirmation.
With the red lead on the middle pin, and the black lead on the right pin on the top ones, I get. Here are the three datasheets for these ICs. Topic Gallery One image has been uploaded to this topic.
I’ve seen datasbeet 74LS08 recommended as well. Would anyone happen to know if a 74F08 would be a good replacement for the ICs that sit in between the PIA and the pre-driver transistors?
